Professional background, education and military service
Attorney Tagan holds an LL.B and has been licensed to practice law by the Israel Bar Association since 2005. He is a certified notary providing notary services in Hebrew and English.
He completed his internship at the Ministry of Justice — Police Investigations Department (MAHASH) at the State Prosecutor's Office. This unique experience gave him a deep understanding of the proceedings from the inside, and became the foundation of his expertise representing police officers and security personnel in MAHASH investigations to this day.
His military kindergarten expertise also draws on his military service: combat duty in the Nahal Brigade as a team commander, and full combat reserve duty in the Northern Brigade on the Golan Heights. Field military experience helps him understand the unique challenges of soldiers and commanders facing military kindergarten proceedings.
